It’s been a busy week here, but we couldn't let it go by without sharing this video from Monday's Memorial Day parade! 🇺🇸 As a local business, we are incredibly grateful for the freedom and opportunities we have in this great country. Memorial Day is a solemn reminder of the heavy cost of that freedom. We bow our heads in respect and continue to honor the courageous heroes who gave everything so we could live free. 🇺🇸🎗️

Sometimes, the road throws you a curveball—like a door coming off its tracks while you’re driving. When a heavy part is hanging by the wiring harness, one wrong move can lead to expensive electrical damage.
Instead of using a standard strap that could scuff the paint or pull the wires, we used professional Crash Wrap to stabilize the door. This held everything firmly in place with zero stress on the harness, while sealing the cabin to keep the rain out and the electronics safe. It won’t etch your paint or leave any residue.

Even if a vehicle is totaled, we still take these extra steps. Whether it's headed to a body shop or an auction lot, someone will eventually rebuild it or use it for parts. By keeping the interior dry and the components intact, we preserve that value for the next owner.

Service Update: We are Connected! 🛰️📱
While Verizon and Spectrum are currently experiencing outages, I want to let everyone know that I am still fully reachable.
I’m running on Starlink with Wi-Fi calling enabled, so my calls and texts are working perfectly. If you need to get a hold of me, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Quick Tip if you have no service:
If your phone is showing "SOS" or no bars, try to find the nearest Wi-Fi connection (like a local shop or a friend's house). Once connected, make sure Wi-Fi Calling is enabled in your phone settings—this should allow you to make calls and send texts even without a cellular signal!

🛣️ The Mission: 160 miles to the scene, 159 miles back to Klamath
🛠️ The Job: Technical extraction of a pinned GMC Sierra
This extraction required precision that only a wrecker could provide. Toro has the boom, reach, and power to safely retrieve a pinned vehicle where a flatbed simply can’t. Since it was a solo mission in a remote area, I had to focus on the recovery rather than the camera—just got in there and got it done. 🏗️
For the 159-mile tow back, I pulled the driveline to protect the transmission. Without the engine running to pump oil, letting those internals spin "dry" for three hours would've destroyed them. We don’t take shortcuts when your property is on the line. 🛠️✅
Whether insurance repairs it or auctions it off, this rig is arriving with a transmission handled with professional care.
No excuses. Just the Klamath Towing standard. 🏆

Just a quick reminder to my neighbors across Klamath County: if you’re on the road, you’ve got a friend with a truck. 🤝🚛

Helped this Veteran out today! Thank you for your service 🇺🇸
Another successful off-road recovery in the books. ✅ We traveled deep into the mud to reach a vehicle stuck a couple hundred feet off the hard ground. After a successful winch-out, we navigated the winding backroads on dollies to get the customers vehicle back home. The vehicle is drivable and just needs a bath! Glad we could help get them out of a tough spot.

Check out the "Boulder Boss" in this photo—he was already digging when I arrived. Once I had the car lifted, he moved the other rock out from under it without hesitation.
I missed my chance to thank him in person, so I’m sending a huge "thank you" out to him now. We’ve got some great people in this town! 🪨🤝🫡

We don't just tow cars; we host radio shows! 😉 Proud to support our community by providing our tow truck as the stage for the radio station's live broadcast during the Snowflake parade. See you there!

You can join us at the corner of 4th and Main for this year’s Snowflake Festival Parade. We will have announcers doing float by float announcing and we will be broadcasting video of the parade live on our website, mybasin.com Thursday, December 4th starting at 7pm!
