Anyway, let's start out the morning with some good news!
We've added a new employee to help our customers with a whole host of things-
They will focus completely on the customer experience and service
Some new things we will be implementing with their hiring
1) Walk through with the customer(s) after the trimout is complete
This will allow us to help the customer get things turned in quicker, better pictures for manufacturing to complete repairs, and have a face there that can explain & discuss things with the customer. They will also completely walk through the house and exterior to pick it apart. This will help speed up the process & help take away some of the issues with things missed or the customer having to figure out what/where to take pictures.
2) They will show you things about your home that you may or may not know. Like changing furnace filters, general inspection after storms, things to look for after X amount of years (Like dried out silicone on the exterior, clogged window drains, etc)
3) Someone that will have office days soley dedicated to turning in repairs, scheduling repairs, and taking service calls
We will also be adding an extra day to finished drywall homes (Manufactured or modular) to cover kitchen counters in protective material, carpet shield around walls/working areas, and protective paper on vinyl flooring working areas. This is something that has been requested by past customers and it's something we should be doing. It'll give a cleaner job site, end result and just look better in general. We've also ordered custom vents to put in place so that we can still use the HVAC system but with filters to help prevent a majority of debris/dust from getting into the ducts.
We will also be doing a little bit more of a thorough cleanup to try to knock down a majority of drywall dust and have you closer to move in ready than previously offered. We will also have them bring a few additional furnace filters to get you through a majority of the year.
When everyone is cutting back due to labor shortages or rising costs, we want to stand out and double down on quality & a premium experience. Housing is too expensive now a days to not offer anything short of that.
We hope this changes the buying experience for our customers and allows you to love your home more!
