This is so very true a great video to watch to understand what insurance approved shop means

It appears that daily, one of our customers is misinformed by State Farm insurance adjusters or agents, who claim that we are not on their approved shop list, which is highly misleading and tends to confuse our older clients. Please be aware that we collaborate with all major insurance companies, and the only additional out-of-pocket expense will be your insurance deductible. We represent the interests of our insured clients, not those of the insurance companies. If anyone provides conflicting information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We’re extremely grateful for our customers loyalty three cars dropped off today for some repairs

As a small family-owned shop, we increasingly encounter large insurance companies attempting to direct customers to big direct repair or approved program shops, thereby making our customers feel that their choice of repair shop is being taken away. It is essential to remember that New Hampshire law affirms your right to choose your preferred shop. We work with all insurance companies. Remember, supporting local, family-owned businesses is crucial.
