Dear JW Customers,

We would like to inform you of several service policy updates that will take effect in 2026.

Effective immediately, we will no longer accept customer-supplied parts or tires. All parts and tires used for service must be purchased directly through our shop to ensure quality, compatibility, and warranty coverage.

In addition, a card processing fee will be introduced for all credit and debit card transactions. As a family-owned business, rising operational and processing costs have made it increasingly difficult for us to continue absorbing these fees. This change will help us offset expenses and continue providing the level of service our customers expect. The fee will take effect at a later date, and we will provide advance notice with full details prior to implementation.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions regarding these updates, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Merry Christmas to all our JW customers!

Thank you to everyone who has been so patient with us this year—we truly appreciate it. My wife, Kandice, who many of you see at the front desk or speak with on the phone, has had a very full year. Along with her pregnancy, she was also finishing her Master’s Degree in K–12 School Counseling.

We’re happy to share that she did graduate—and we welcomed our baby about three months ago! And don’t worry, Kandice is staying with the company, so you’ll continue to see her at the front desk and hear her friendly voice on the phone.

Because of everything our family was juggling, you may have stopped by the shop at times when the lobby was closed. Kandice has done her best to answer calls and help with scheduling while away, and we’re grateful for your understanding. We’re happy to say that everything will be returning to normal when we reopen on January 5th.

Again, thank you for your patience throughout 2025. We look forward to continuing to serve our loyal customers and welcoming new ones in 2026.

Hello JW customers ! We hope everyone is doing well. We wanted to take a second to let everyone know that we are closed from today 12/23-1/1/2025. We will resume normal business hours on January 2nd, 2025. Please fell free to text or call and leave a voicemail. We will try to answer them if we can during the break, if not we will get back to you when we resume business. Happy holidays to everyone !

Good morning everyone. Sadly, we have a family emergency and had to close the shop today. If you would like to text us, you can. We will answer those as promptly as we can. But phone calls will be harder to answer. We will be back up and going on Monday. Thank you for the understanding and we are sorry for any inconvenience.

Happy Tuesday! As we move forward in the week tackling jobs like engine replacement, transmission diagnostics, wheel bearing replacement, Evac and recharge, fuel filter replacement, fuel injector replacement, dismount/mount/Balance of new tires, catalytic converter repair, and continuing on the diesel swap...we wanted to let you know that we will be closed next week.
J.W. Auto Repair wil be closed for the week starting July 29-August 2nd. We will reopen on August 5th, 2024 for normal business hours. During this time, no one will be answering phone calls or text messages. You are still welcome to reach out and leave a message. We will begin to return phone calls and text messages beginning Monday, August 5th, 2024. Please reach out if you need to make an appointment and thank you for your business!
