Something we see a lot in this industry is shops recommending everything all at once. That's not how we work.

We had a customer come in with collapsed brake hoses on the front calipers. The calipers looked fine at the time, so we only recommended what was actually needed, the hoses.

After we replaced them, we went back and rechecked everything. That's when we noticed the passenger side caliper wasn't moving as smoothly as it should. We called the customer, told them what we found, and they decided to go ahead and replace it.

Simple as that. We're not going to sell you something your car doesn't need, but we're also going to be straight with you when something comes up. Sometimes things only show themselves once the repair is underway, and you deserve to know about it.

Something happened this week that we can't stop thinking about.

A customer came to us after having their car at another shop. When we got eyes on it, we found that car should not have been on the road due to safety. Those customers had no idea. We don't know the shop's side to the story, but what we do know is when you come to us, we are the professionals. We are going to have to tell you things that may be hard to hear and give you dollar amounts that are hard to swallow.

However, we will always choose to educate you about your car over selling you something you don't need. Why? We came from THAT world. We watched too many people get treated like a transaction instead of a person. We made a decision early on: that would never be us.

❓ How long does an oil change take and how much?

✅ Plan for a minimum of 1 hour. Full synthetic 0W20 up to 5 quarts is $80.

❓ Why can’t I schedule my appointment online?

A few reasons this might happen:
1️⃣ You selected “I will wait” — we limit waiters to 3 per day. If that’s maxed out, you’ll get an error. (We 100% prefer drop-offs, but we get it — sometimes waiting is necessary!)

2️⃣ You’re trying to book on a Friday. We’re closed Friday–Sunday!

3️⃣ You selected “Check Engine Light” — waiting is not an option for that service, so the system won’t let you book if you select it.
