Something lighthearted to end the week 😆 I laugh every time I watch this one. It's a real tool, but it looks like a toy! Meet the tire bazooka.

Every repair we say yes to is done in house. Our two techs handle it start to finish, and this week showed why that matters:

▪️ Fuel pump control module failure, so the truck wouldn't start
▪️ Brake pad failure that damaged the caliper
▪️ Leaking rear shocks
▪️ Broken axle

Diagnosing and fixing problems takes real experience, and we're thankful for the knowledge and skill our two techs bring every day. It's why we can take on most of what rolls through our doors, and why you only deal with one team.

Friday we got to celebrate being a Hmong Chamber award finalist, and Sunday night we were still reflecting on it.

Today was a different kind of day. Overlapping appointments, five cars waiting when we opened, and a lift that gave out with a customer's car still on it. We made an emergency after hours call to our lift specialist, and he got it fixed. We're still at the shop late tonight, because we set the standard and we hold ourselves to it first.

Our customer just picked up her vehicle, and we are so thankful for her understanding. Seriously, we have the best clients. Thank you to everyone who cut us some slack today. This community is the reason we do it.

Friday night, we attended the Hmong Chamber Awards as one of two finalists for Emerging Business of the Year. We didn't take home the win, but we walked away with so much more.

It was a night that reminded us how far we've come. It reminded us that people are paying attention, even when it doesn't feel like it. And it reminded us that while we are inspired by others, others are also being inspired by us.

Hard work pays off, no matter how slow or unnoticed it may seem. Our hearts are full, and it's exactly what we needed to kick off the final quarter of the year.

We can't believe there are less than three months left in 2026. Let's finish strong!

Thank you to the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce for the recognition, and to every customer who has trusted us with their vehicles. We couldn't do it without you.

Check out those teeth on the ring gear. Some are chewed up and others look totally fine.

We always say we don't upsell. Here's a real example.

A couple months ago, a customer came in for an oil change. We had their car up on the lift and noticed the tires were getting low. Not dangerous, just something to keep an eye on. So we told them straight up: no rush, come back whenever you're ready.

Well, this week they called. Winter's coming, and they want new tires and an alignment before the snow hits. And that means a lot to us, because it tells us they trusted what we said.

That's how we do things here. If something's urgent, we'll tell you. If it can wait, we'll tell you that too. You shouldn't have to wonder if we're being honest with you.

We like keep the shop clean because we want to be a place people feel good about bringing their vehicle. But Thursday we had some extra time, so we gave it a real deep clean.

We also did some planning. We're looking at putting another lift in right here 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Thank you to everyone who keeps coming back and sends their family and friends our way. We don't take it for granted.

A peek inside our week:

A customer brought in their own parts and asked if we could install them. We let them know we don't install customer supplied parts. We can't warranty a part we didn't source, and if it turns out to be the wrong part or doesn't fit, the car sits on the lift while everyone waits. When we supply the parts, we stand behind the whole job.

Someone came in Tuesday for an appointment and we got their car in Wednesday. We're a small shop and we schedule carefully, but we always try to make room for you.

Right now we have a car on the lift waiting on parts. We would rather wait for the right part than rush the job with the wrong one.

We also got an email asking about our inspection fee. Great question! It's $157.20. You should always know what you're paying for before we start, and we never do any work without your approval.

Fuel pump going in.

79 Google reviews and counting! Thank you to everyone who has taken a moment to share their experience with us.

New customers tell us every week that they found us on Google and chose us after reading your reviews. That helps our family shop more than we can say.

Our goal is 100 by the end of the year. If you've been in and haven't left a review yet, we'd really appreciate it. Thank you for being part of this.
