Just a friendly reminder for all of our customers: If the red light is on, and there is no vehicle in the wash bay, the machine has faulted out and will not start a wash. This can occur for numerous reasons, all which are safety related. The number one cause is drivers leaving the wash bay in the middle of a wash cycle. Following all signage and instructions will ensure that your car is cleaned. Also, this will help in allowing the machine to stay running for other customers.
