This one is a long one:
We’re not a shop that works on everything, & that’s the way we want it.
Diesel is our specialty because diesel is our passion. We will always continue education, ongoing training, learning from mentors in the diesel industry, working directly with our distributors & having relationships with some of the best people in the field. You don’t learn these trucks once and call it good. It’s not only the aftermarket world, it’s keeping up with what these manufacturers are recommending also.
We have a lot of respect for the shops that call us and say: This one needs a diesel specialist.
Knowing when something is outside your wheelhouse isn’t a weakness. That’s taking care of your customer. & that’s what matters.
BUT the years of training, tooling, subscriptions, relationships and experience behind a diagnosis have A LOT of value. We invest heavily in that knowledge so we can use it to take care of our customers, not operate as a free technical hotline.
We stay in our lane, work directly with the people & companies that know these platforms, and we will always keep getting better at what we chose to specialize in.
Powerstroke. Duramax. Cummins.
Diesel trucks are what we do. Day in and day out.
