We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.

Accounting Clerk responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. You will also run accounting software program to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable. A successful accounting clerk should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers.

Occasionally, you will also be responsible for creating estimates for vehicle repairs and invoicing customers. Past automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

We are a full-service, bumper-to-bumper shop offering everything from oil changes to brake repair to engine replacements. We service all makes and models of vehicles, both foreign and domestic.

Job Description
• Diagnose and repair to specifications, including -- but not limited to -- brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, tires, suspension and alignment.
• Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, which may include employees.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep shop management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat bay.
• Adhere to all company policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.

Have you checked your tires lately? Winter driving can be very hazardous with bald or under-inflated tires.

Use the tried and true penny test to ensure that your tires have sufficient tread: insert a penny (with Lincoln's head pointing down) in between the raised portions of your tire's tread. If you cannot see the top of Lincoln's head, then your tires have sufficient tread; if you can, it may be time to purchase new tires.
