🚨 Still in need of a reliable, full time mechanic for a busy diesel repair business. We work on primarily ag equipment, but get some trucks mixed in as well. You will never be bored.

We don’t require a ton of experience, as long as you aren’t afraid to get dirty and are mechanically inclined.

We have a 3 bay shop with a lift as well as 2 service trucks for road calls/on site work

Customer brought in a T870 Bobcat needing an engine.
Before starting the project, we raised the cab and steam cleaned the whole machine.

Bobcat mounts their engines and drive pumps to a skid. We pulled the skid, then swapped the engines on the shop floor. We found that it also needed a drive belt and tensioner pulley, so we replaced those while it was out!

It’s been New Holland skid loader week here at the shop!

3 different LS180 machines, 1 for a complete fuel system, 1 for a head gasket, and 1 for hydro pump issues.

Not to mention a L218 and a Gehl CTL60 on road jobs.

What a week it has been! A lot of late nights preparing our customers fleet of buses for Carroll County inspection, but we got it done, and they all passed! Brakes, lights, stop sign repairs, minor coolant leaks, were just a few of the many things on the repair list.

Bus inspections are extremely strict. Something as small as a coolant or fuel leak can put a bus out of service until it is fixed. They can literally take your license plates!

ISB 6.7 Cummins with a misfire on cylinder 2. Found intake valve adjustment had backed off, and the bridge fell off to the side, holding the valves slightly open.

We cleaned and inspected the parts, bolted it back together, adjusted clearance, and got it back to work!
