Customer concern: A/C not working !

Upon inspection, we found the A/C system had no refrigerant. We recharged the system with special UV dye to locate the leak, and found the evaporator core was leaking.

This is definitely not an easy repair. To access the evaporator case, the dashboard and steering column have to be removed, along with multiple interior components. After replacing the evaporator core, everything was carefully reassembled and the A/C was back to blowing cold.

This 1976 GMC C/K came to us needing more than just maintenance. We replaced the mechanical fuel pump, installed a new steering wheel and radio to freshen up the interior, and diagnosed a fuel gauge issue.

Another major HVAC job completed!

We replaced the evaporator core on this Chevy Silverado 2500 one of the most labor intensive A/C repairs you can do. The entire dashboard had to be removed to access the HVAC box, replace the faulty evaporator, and then carefully reassemble everything to factory condition.

Now the A/C is back to blowing cold and the truck is ready for the Florida heat.

Not every radiator replacement is a simple bolt on job.
This Volkswagen Atlas required extensive front end disassembly to replace the radiator, making it one of the more labor intensive cooling system repairs. While everything was apart, we also replaced the A/C compressor.

Ford edge evaporator replacement wasn’t just another repair it required complete dashboard and driver side door disassembly to access the HVAC system. After installing the new evaporator, we verified the repair with our thermal camera, delivering 39.2°F vent temperatures and restoring the cold air this customer was missing.
