A check engine light is a warning, not a diagnosis. Don’t guess. Get it looked at soon to catch the issue before it turns into a bigger repair. 🚗

Excessive rear bounce on a test drive can indicate worn struts. After ruling out wheel bearing play, check for excessive tire movement and recommend replacement when ride control is compromised.

In light of yet another catastrophic flood we are experiencing, our Ingram location will be closed today as we have limited staff and we are diverting all resources to our Kerrville store for the day.

If you need assistance or to reach us call us at our Kerrville location 830-257-6272

If you don't have to be out, stay home and stay safe. Our hearts are with you and our community, and we are going to get through this. We are strong, and we are resilient. The flood waters do not define our community and we are all in this together.

💪

HUGE shoutout to our local Curtis White. He was awarded NAPA's ASE Tech of the Year for South Texas.

This is a very well deserved accomplishment, for a great leader in our community. He has spent years growing, teaching, mentoring, and helping this community thrive in the automotive industry. We are excited for the future of automotive in Kerrville and Curtis is a huge asset to have on our team of local professionals helping pave the way.

🥂🥂🥂!!!

HUGE NEWS from the NAPA Kerrville/Ingram Family!

We are Incredibly proud to announce that our very own Dalton Dover has been named one of The Kerrville Daily Times, TOP 20 UNDER 40! Since 2008, Dalton has called this town home, and since taking over ownership alongside with Chris Colbath and Cindy Colbath in 2023 he's made it his mission to be more than just a “parts guy” and has become a leader in this community. Whether it was stepping up to coordinate flood relief, serving on the parks and rec board, or supporting the future of automotive technology in the hill country by creating and launching a student internship program with local automotive shops and KISD, Dalton believes in “filling the space” between where Kerrville has been and where it's going.

This recognition reflects our commitment here at NAPA to provide not just parts, but perspective and innovation for the future of our industry. This is a reminder that a local business is only as strong as the community it serves. Join us in congratulating him in the comments or when you see him around!

Congratulations to A+1 Transmission Specialists and Dillon Griffon, who just recently completed and graduated from the NAPA Apprentice Program. This 2-year program sets the standard for the future of hands on learning for our trusted NAPA Auto Care Centers and allows the opportunity for people entering the trades to be set up for success long term.

This Apprentice Program provided Dillon with a start up set of tools, a personal Mentor and allowed him to achieve ASE Certifications in multiple areas of automotive technology. With these tools as a steppingstone, he can now progress and become an ASE Master Technician.

We are proud to see our customers and friends doing what it takes to ensure the longevity of the automotive technology industry here in the hill country.
