Is your community pet friendly? As long as your four-legged family member isn’t listed on our restricted breed list, you can bring them with you! Restricted breeds include Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Boerboels, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Boxers, Doberman Pinschers, Cane Corsos, certain bulldog breeds including pitbulls, and wolf breeds. What parking options are available at this community? All residents are asked to park their vehicle and guest vehicles on their lot in the driveway. Parking in the grass is not permitted. How can I take a tour of an available home that I am interested in? We'd love for you to see what mobile homes we have available! Is there an age restriction in this community? The Wilderness Mobile Home Park is a 55+ community. The 80/20 rule allows 20% of the units to be occupied entirely by tenants under 55, but they need to meet the minimum age of the mobile home park, which is currently 50 years old. Please give us a call so we can let you know if we are able to accept applications for people under the age of 55! Do you have any rental homes available?
