Sooo… engine fits like a glove along with the trans, was a great test fit, we’re gonna take it out tomorrow morning lol. Headers on the other hand are as tight as it gets, but it’ll work with some tlc. Looks killer in the car and plenty of room in the engine bay in the front. Thanks Geoffrey Gray (Papa) for everything. Ecstatic to move forward!

Lots of work has been done on the stang, test fitted some wheels and tires for clearance, more body work, etc. main things we’ve done is sprayed the car with epoxy primer for a protective layer, stripped basically the entire car down getting closer and closer for final bodywork and paint, and almost completing the powertrain! Just put on the dual disc centerforce clutch, and married the trans and engine together finally! Should be ready for test fit here soon, very excited for that! Thank you Papa for everything you’ve done to the car too, couldn’t do it without you.

This has got to be the hardest part about building a car car is finding the right offset, wheel, tire, and spoke pattern. So far this is what we’ve came up with, 275/40/17 tires on a 2010 17x7 Mustang wheel for a moc up.

Burly Supercup 1 & 2 was a great weekend! Shifter had issues all weekend with steering Saturday and resulted in a DNF. Sunday, split the chain in half in the heat, but made up some ground and started 15th and moved to 7th! Now the 206 was great all weekend. Both days qualified 5th by myself. Saturday I ended up 3rd overall and Sunday, ended up 3rd and moved my way up to first at the very end, was a photo finish and swept the win by .001 seconds! I’d like to thank , .racing, , Doug Fleming, and most of all, my papa, . Onto the next!
