Finally talked the customer into trying another tccm. Yes it was brand new and remanufactured. Thats why i had to convince him it was the issue. But now we know. Dorman Reman Control modules? Ass. Lol everything works perfect now. No codes, no stuck motors, now haywire voltage signals. Lets GOOOOOO!!!!

Something let go in the daily work pig. No oil leak but knockin like crazy. Made it 25 miles with a knock to the nearest gas station and shut her down. Still has full oil. Not overheating. 3 hours from home. Lets get this old thing tore apart and figure out what happened

Started the truck for me, heard a nasty clunking coming from the head along with a rocker tick. Took the valve cover off to find the lifter was stuck and the pushrod wasnt touching the rocker. Came back when parts arrived. And got the job done in 5 hours.
