Arundel Yacht Club Arundel Yacht Club (AYC) is located on the Kennebunk River in Kennebunkport, Maine.

Founded in 1957, the AYC is a working club based on volunteer activity and all members are encouraged to participate. Our mission is the enjoyment of boating, waterfront activities, and social events with fellow members in an informal setting. Please note: Attendance at Club events and the use of the Club facility is for members and their guests only.

⛵ Junior Sailing Registration is Open for Summer 2026! ⛵

The 2026 Junior Sailing schedule is officially live, and registration is now open! We can’t wait for another incredible summer on the water filled with sailing, learning, and fun at the club.

Whether your sailor is brand new to sailing or returning for another season, our program offers a great way for kids to build skills, confidence, and friendships out on the water.

🦞✨ Another successful Board of Governors Annual Lobster Bake is in the books!

A big thank you to the Board of Governors for hosting such a beautiful evening — from the welcoming appetizers to the incredible lobster feast, it was truly a night to remember.

The menu did not disappoint:
🍽️ Lobster, corn, kielbasa, eggs & onions
🍉🍰 Watermelon, cake & coffee for dessert

With great food, good company, and a perfect summer night, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to come together as a community.

What an incredible Junior Sailing season! ⛵️

A huge thank you to our instructors (Trevor Williams, Finn Coldreck, and Taylor Giles) for their energy, patience, and dedication on the water each day. Your guidance gave our sailors the skills and confidence to grow this summer.

To our sailors — thank you for showing up ready to learn, try new things, and have fun. Watching your progress and love for sailing grow has been the best part of the season.

And of course, a special thank you to all the parents and families who supported our sailors and helped make this program possible.

We’re so proud of what our community accomplished together and can’t wait to see you back on the water next season! 🌊⚓️

A perfect island evening at AYC! 🏝️🦀🍔

The Arundel Yacht Club Summer Barbecue brought the island vibes to life with tropical touches, great food, and a crabbing competition for all ages. Huge thanks to Emma Parkinson and her amazing team for the delicious spread, smooth organization, and festive island decor—you nailed it!

Congrats to the Green Team for taking the top spot in the crabbing contest… even if their bait choices were a bit creative. (🐟 vs. 🌭)
