Golf Cart Safety Reminder

With summer upon us, we would like to remind everyone that Flowers Plantation is a golf cart community. Our private parkways and streets are designated for golf carts to share the road with other vehicles in a safe manner. Please be mindful while driving through the community to expect golf carts as well.

For the safety of all residents and guests, please remember the following guidelines:

--Golf cart operators must possess a valid driver's license.
--Children are not permitted to drive golf carts within Flowers Plantation, even when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
--All golf carts operating within the community must be registered.

Flowers Plantation — Golf Cart Reminders

Has your family been extra good this year and planning on getting a golf cart for the holidays?

Here are a few important reminders to help keep everyone in Flowers Plantation safe while enjoying golf cart life in our community.

🛑 Registration Required
--All golf carts must be registered with Flowers Plantation.
Registration is free and simple!
--Visit our website to download the registration form:
https://flowersplantation.com/community-safety/
--Once completed, email the form to Ryan Jordan.
--A member of our Public Safety Team will deliver your registration decal.

👦 Minimum Age to Operate
--Golf cart drivers must have a valid license
This rule applies even if a parent or guardian is onboard.
No one under 16 is permitted to drive a golf cart within the community.

🚘 Where Golf Carts Are Allowed
Golf carts are permitted on:
-All private roadways within Flowers Plantation
-Walkways along state-maintained roads. Please be mindful of pedestrians, and share the area safely.

Glendale Chapel Recreation has opened registration for youth spring sports. We will offer T-Ball, Youth Baseball, and Youth Softball. Registration will be open through 5pm on Sunday, March 2nd. Make sure to sign up early and reserve your child's spot today!
