Hey Alaska. Your car is dusty and you've got 10 minutes. That's enough.
This is how I do a full rinseless wash — no hose, one bucket of water, no hassle. Perfect for when it's been dry and you've just got a layer of dust sitting on your paint.
One thing worth knowing: if you've got sand or debris on there, rinse that off first. But for dust? This method is all you need.

Detail Alaska Supply Co. started because I had so many clients walk into my detailing shop asking, “What should I use on my car?” and I hated sending them to the store for products I knew weren’t the best — or telling them they’d have to wait weeks for the good stuff to ship from outside.

So in October 2023, I decided to change that. Now we stock the same professional-grade products I use in my shop, and most orders in Alaska arrive the very next day — not 2–3 weeks later. Whether you’re a pro detailer, a weekend DIY-er, or just want to keep your car looking sharp, we’ve got you covered.

Shopping local with us doesn’t just keep your vehicle looking great — it also helps support community programs and opportunities for local youth. That’s a big part of why I do what I do.

You can find us in Kenai or shop online at detailalaskasupplyco.com.

Why do we clay our vehicles. To remove that buildup of Contaminants. Sometimes it comes from the factory this way. Be gentle, no pressure as you dont want to marr the paint. It can polish out
easily if you do though.
