Humble Beginnings
Woody wasn’t born into money, fame, or a climate-controlled showroom.
He entered this world with four wheels, a blue-collar work ethic, and one simple purpose:
Get the job done.
There were no cameras following him, no social-media fans, and no applause waiting when the work was finished.
Just job after job.
Load after load.
Mile after mile.
If something needed hauled, carried, pulled, or fixed, Woody was expected to handle it—and he did.
He spent years working without recognition, earning every dent, scratch, scar, and mile the old-fashioned way.
Eventually, Woody found his way to Mayhem Garage, where an old work truck with plenty of fight left finally found a family stubborn enough to appreciate him.
He didn’t inherit his position.
He earned it.
Career at Mayhem Garage
Woody now serves as Mayhem Garage’s Senior Mobile Mayhem Specialist.
His responsibilities include hauling tools, carrying the crew, answering service calls, transporting parts, embarrassing newer trucks, and showing up for work whether he feels like it or not.
He isn’t the fastest employee.
He isn’t the quietest employee.
He definitely isn’t the most comfortable employee.
But when there’s work to be done, Woody clocks in.
Every damn time.
Medical History
Over the last 32 years, Woody has survived:
252,000 miles.
Two heart transplants.
Several surgeries.
Countless replacement parts.
More bandages than anyone remembers.
And an unknown number of work boots.
He wears each set of boots until they’re bald, then acts personally offended when we tell him it’s time for new ones.
Despite his extensive medical history, Woody insists that every new noise is perfectly normal and completely unrelated to the last repair.
Personality
Woody is old, stubborn, slightly rough around the edges, and absolutely convinced Mayhem Garage cannot function without him.
To be fair…
He might be right.
His favorite hobbies include getting dirty, making money, carrying more than he probably should, and parking beside newer trucks just to make them look soft.
He doesn’t care about fancy gadgets, luxury features, or looking pretty in the parking lot.
Woody only cares about having a full tank, a loaded service bed, and another job waiting.
Retirement
Most trucks his age have already retired to a pasture, been turned into beer cans, or spend their afternoons telling the same stories at the retirement home.
Not Woody.
He doesn’t want a rocking chair.
He doesn’t want a quiet retirement.
And he sure as hell doesn’t want to spend his remaining years parked under a tree.
After 32 years, 252,000 miles, two heart transplants, and enough work boots to supply a small army, the stubborn old bastard still clocks in and goes to work.
Woody isn’t new.
Woody isn’t fancy.
And Woody has never pretended to be perfect.
But he has earned every dent, scratch, scar, and mile.
Around here, he isn’t just an old truck.
He’s a coworker.
He’s a survivor.
He’s proof that old doesn’t mean useless.
Most importantly…
He’s family.
