This customer brought in his honda rubicon for an intermittent misfire/stalling concern. Diagnosis reavealed a cracked spark plug that was arcing when the engine was warm, leading to the misfire and stalling. We installed a new NGK spark plug and confirmed the issue was no longer present. We then returned it to the customer ready to ride!

This customer brought in his ranger 1000 for a popping sound when turning as well as hard shifting and creeping forward while at idle. Inspection revealed 3 torn axle boots that were popping and binding, as well as a worn belt and sticking primary clutch. We installed 3 new ArmorTech ATV Parts HD axles and a new GILOMEN INNOVATIONS pro clutch, as well as a Super ATV gboost belt. After properly aligning the clutch we took it for a quick test drive and confirmed it shifted and drove just as it did the day it left the showroom!

This customer brought in his canam commander after he installed a new clutch and it would creep forward and would not shift while running. Diagnosis revealed that the aftermarket clutch he installed has the one way bearing ramps cut in the wrong direction, causing it to lock in the wrong direction. We installed a new OEM canam one way housing and confirmed the issue was no longer present. We returned it to the customer ready to ride!

This customer brought in his hd10 limited for some upgrades! We got him hooked up with a set of jake moorehead front and rear arms and hd tie rods, a set of 24" msa clubber wheels wrapped in 35" motoslayers from EFX Tires and an MB QUART 4 speaker visor audio system from Super ATV. He will return next week for a custom tune and a set of s3 springs!

This customer brought in his rancher 420 after he heard a pop/grinding sound and lost 4x4. Tear down and inspection revealed a stripped spline on the engine side front prop shaft cup. There was no damage to the prop shaft itself or the engine output shaft so We replaced the cup and reassembled and confirmed 4x4 works just as it should! We then returned it to the customer ready to hit the mud.
