I LOVE the car biz when the customer is actually excited to buy a car. It blows my mind how many people come to a dealership and put up this attitude like they're doing ME a favor by buying from me. Nope... If you don't buy, someone else will and I'm not desperate for a sale but I guess many car sales people are sadly.

I've said it before and I'll say it again... Buying a new car is supposed to feel like Christmas morning but too many allow themselves to ruin their experience. I've never bought a car where I wasn't like a little kid in a candy store.

Luckily my customer was excited about buying an Escalade, so this was the end result! We were jammin to the song enjoying the 36-speaker AKG sound! And guess what happened? She bought it. First time jammin to a song with a customer and one of the best transactions ever!

Well, not even 24 hours after I posted it on my account, this baby sold. $7,800 off on a brand new Cadillac is next to impossible to find, and especially on our best selling unit, the XT5!!

Ken wasn't really in the market to buy yet but after driving a Cadillac for the first time, he couldn't resist treating himself with an early retirement gift. He said the ride quality was unbeatable. Hmmm, where have I heard this before 🤔?
