Today we traced down a water leak leaking into the cars floorboards on this 2005 Honda Civic . YIKES, that’s no fun! 🫣💧 Performing a body structure repair to correct the problem! No more wet floorboards for this member of our auto family!

You may have noticed there is another new voice answering the phone at Otto Service recently! ☎️ That’s Keith, our newest Service Advisor! When he is not answering the phone, writing up repair orders or serving our amazing auto family, this talented man can be seen rocking the stages around Kansas City with his beautiful wife and band! 🎤🎸

We had the pleasure of going out to Carry Nation Days that Belton Parks and Recreation put on this last weekend and watch him perform! The Otto family has decided that Keith has some new groupies to add to his list! 🤩 We can’t wait to have the honor of watching him perform many more times in the future! 💫
