When I opened Hyde Park Service 19 years ago, I could never have imagined the welcome this neighborhood extended to me and my family, and the success this business has enjoyed. I appreciate the trust you placed in me, and hope my service here has met your expectations. This past week many of you have shown your appreciation for our services with warm phone calls, personal visits, cards, emails, and gifts. Thank you all for your patronage of this business. The owner is retiring, selling the building and auctioning off all the parts, tools and equipment inside.

Friends and loyal customers: After 19 years in the community, I will retire, and Hyde Park Service will permanently cease operations Friday May 27, 2022. I'd like to personally thank you for your patronage, and for entrusting your vehicles to our care for these past 19 years. If you drove past HPS last Saturday, you would have been treated to the sight of a dozen classic Cadillacs in and around the store. Each year we welcome the Cadillac Club of KC to share our shop and work on their cars.
