We are excited to welcome Gavin Sirabella to the team at Leading Edge Safety!

Gavin joins us as a Sales Associate, supporting growth in our solar rooftop fall protection category. With the commercial rooftop solar sector expected to grow significantly in 2025, Gavin is ready to help ensure that installation and maintenance teams stay safe.

He is currently studying Finance with a minor in Leadership at Kansas State University. Over the past five years, Gavin has demonstrated strong leadership skills through his experience in the food industry and his commitment to community service. He is also pursuing a leadership role as Secretary of his fraternity, Beta Theta Pi.

We’re thrilled to have Gavin on board and look forward to the contributions he’ll make to both our team and our customers.

Celebrating 19 Years of Dedication – Jess Rowland

Join us in celebrating Jess Rowland, who just marked 19 years with AES Manufacturing and Leading Edge Safety! Jess was our first-ever employee, starting as a welder and working his way up to lead our entire manufacturing department as Shop Superintendent.

From day one, Jess has been a key part of our journey. His expertise in manufacturing and product design is unmatched, and his leadership has helped shape the foundation of everything we do.

Outside of work, Jess is a dedicated husband and father, showing the same care and commitment at home as he does on the shop floor.

We’re incredibly proud of his contributions and thankful for nearly two decades of loyalty, leadership, and excellence.

Gunner joins us as a Sales Associate, supporting growth in our solar rooftop fall protection category. With the commercial rooftop solar sector poised for significant expansion in 2025, Gunner is ready to help ensure that installation and maintenance teams stay safe on the job.

He is currently studying Mechanical Engineering at Kansas State University and also serves as the Philanthropy Chair for Beta Theta Pi. Through his leadership, the fraternity has successfully organized multiple events to raise funds for the B+ Foundation.

He has a proven track record of delivering innovative design solutions, driving process improvements, and leading high-performing teams. Jason’s expertise spans mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and product development, and he is highly proficient in CAD, SolidWorks, and fabrication design.
