Towel city tire is located in Kannapolis. They have and make in house virtually any size and style tire needed for your vehicle as well as trailer. I personally have used them for all my tire needs and let me just say, these guys will tell ya upfront whats best! Have not found a better trailer tire anywhere!
Another local business ran by fellow fisherman who will fish the tournament with us.

We are looking for an addition to our team at Towel City Tire. Our Company is family owned and operated since 1935. We hope to find a long term employee to grow with our business.

The available position is for a Racing Tire Retreading Technician. Experience is great but "on the job training" is also offered. Applicants should exhibit a positive attitude towards learning, be able to manage time and maintain a strong work ethic. Main responsibilities would be tire building & operating retreading molds. Additional duties would include moving and arranging inventory and also loading/unloading shipments. Starting pay range of $14.50 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience / work ethic / willingness to learn.

The potential also exists for a retreading / tire technician mixed role position. In this position there would be an opportunity to learn new tire installation and general tire service work including changing tires, tire repair and computer balancing.

After successfully completing the trial training period, a full time position with overtime potential would be offered. With the full time position we would also offer multiple employee benefits.
