So when I say i powder coat for Fastenal I think it’s misunderstood on the amount of work involved. 10 years ago what started out as someone throwing a hand full of parts on my desk to quoting 500,000 pieces has evolved into a steady business.

In 7 days with the help of my lovely wife we were able to coat and deliver…..
-21,000 washers
-30,000 Nuts
-3,200 tek screws
-15,000 1-1/2” bolts
-2,500 3” bolts

When this thing came in the shop at first it looked like it was drug out of the k3 river, then after a good sandblasting, some mini black PC and hand polished “TRD” it’s ready for the road!

Well, as the house is 95% done and the jobs at the new place are coming in steadily, it's time to get back to posting jobs completed again.
