Continued work on this log trailer. I put the hitch on it earlier, and today's task is to weld these semi log bunks to it. I also mounted a tongue jack, and repaired some old cracked welds. This should be one handy trailer!

Finished these bumpers today. Just got them back from powder coating by Mountain View Welding. Thanks C**t Sherrer for the nice finish! Thanks to my customer for his patience in his bumper. Glad to finally get a bumper on the front of mine as well, after crashing into a tree last winter.
Made mostly from scrap steel. Mine has an air tank built into it, which will be useful as my truck progresses.
These bumpers make quite the set!

Grill guard!
The customer found this semi truck grill guard in the ditch at a truck stop, and wanted to mount it on their dodge!
With a little modification I got it to fit the front better. Four mounting points, made from heavy angle iron and tubing! Very fancy!

Repaired the bed mounts on this flat bed today. The previous welds pulled loose after years of use! Had to put a come-along from my truck to his truck, to properly position the bed.
Then re-welded the old weld and put in a piece of angle iron to further support that joint.
Then I put in another couple brackets t mount the bed making a sum of 6 brackets holding the bed on. Very happy with it!

Just got done building these well drilling stabilizers. Had to preheat the pipe and then weld the T1 steel fins to them....

After bending my original bumper around a tree last year, I'm finally able to build another for my old dodge!
I am glad you're they are turning out!
