I want to start off by apologizing for being difficult to reach the last couple weeks. It’s taken me some time to get emotionally ready to make this post. Earlier this month I received the call that my mother passed away. Mom had been struggling with her health for some time now and I try to take comfort in knowing she is no longer in pain.
My mom lived more than most. She traveled the world 🌎, jumped out of planes, rode an elephant 🐘 through the jungle, raced sailboats around Japan, and loved classic British cars. She leaves behind me, her husband of 30 years (my stepfather), a daughter in law, 5 granddaughters, and a great grandson.
Those of you that I have spoken to, I want to express my gratitude for your understanding and sympathies. Those who I have not talked to and/or didn’t know what happened please be patient as I try t get back into the swing of things.
There are lots of exciting things on the horizon for Midwest Coachworks so I hope you all stay tuned. In the meantime we will be limiting our number of available appointments so we can focus on catching up on some of the longer term projects.

We’re officially opening shop!!

Midwest Coachworks will be hosting an open house ribbon cutting ceremony on July 18th and you’re invited! We will be holding a car and bike show for anyone interested in participating, only $5 per vehicle!! So come on out, bring the Fam, to see us for some nice giveaways, awards, food from surrounding vendors, and an all around good time. We hope to see you all there!!

As many of you know Midwest Coachworks has been open part time and by appointment only. The reason for this is that I was still on active duty and stationed right here at Ft Riley. On the 24th of this month I officially sign out on terminal leave and will be retired in July after 26yrs of service.
I have been crappy about managing the social media for the shop and we have plans to pick that up so tune in for that.
We have a pending grand opening/ribbon cutting ceremony this summer with the JC chamber of commerce (dates are still tbd).
We will also be open during the week as well as staying open Saturday and Sunday
(We will be closed on Mondays).
There’s a lot more going on so come check us out at the new building at 2122 N. Spring Valley Rd.

Ok Junction City and surrounding areas. This storm is crazy and we’ve seen a lot of accidents on the roads. Banging up your car or truck is no way to start the year off so we’re gonna throw this out there for those of you who’ve had an accident recently. Now through the end of January Midwest Coachworks will waive your insurance deductible (up to $500) if you have us complete the repairs to you vehicle. We work with all insurance companies and will handle the job from the initial estimate through the completion of repair. So if your collision deductible is $500 or less, you will have $0 out of pocket expense to get your vehicle back to pre accident condition.
