Texas Carnado is an independently run private event hosted by Mark Smith with the assistance of several Gambler 500 groups in Texas and Oklahoma. Anybody joining us will be asked to sign a waiver and hold harmless. Anybody who refused to sign the waiver and hold harmless will be asked to kindly leave the event. If you intend to drive on public roads, your vehicle needs to be street legal with regi

stration, insurance, and everything you would typically need to operate. There will be no safety inspections or requirements and anybody attending is responsible for 100% of their own actions, like any other time. Texas Carnado is not responsible for the safety, actions, or policing the actions of any individual participating. COVID precautions, including social distancing, the use of a mask, hand washing, etc. are all encouraged and all local laws and regulations apply. Texas Carnado may (but is not required to) provide the following:
