Today we're celebrating 8 incredible years with Ashley, our Office Manager and one of the amazing leaders who helps make Roper Kia what it is!

Over the years, Ashley has built an incredible team and has consistently shown what it means to lead with dedication, flexibility, and a willingness to grow. She's someone who doesn't shy away from change—instead, she embraces it, learns from it, and finds a way to make things better.

It's no surprise that Ashley was recently named our Employee of the Month for her ability to lead, adapt, be flexible, learn, and continue growing. Those qualities have made such a difference not only in her department, but throughout our entire dealership.

For nearly a quarter of a century, Tim has led with integrity, consistency, and an incredible attention to detail. Through every challenge, change, and season of growth, he's remained a steady leader who keeps our Fixed Operations department running smoothly while always putting the team and our customers first.
