To My Loyal Customers, Friends and Joliet Community,
I am Chuck Nolan, and, as most of you know, I have been the Manager of Sooper L**e, Inc., Joliet for the past 32 years.
Sooper L**e has been operating at this location since 1982, 37 years. During that time, we have built a good relationship with the Joliet community and our loyal friends, customers and vendors.

Late on Friday, September 27, 2019, several of my then employees of Sooper L**e, Inc. in Joliet, posted an unauthorized video which was taken in our shop.

This video in no way reflects the opinions and values of this company.

Those employees involved were immediately terminated on Monday when I learned of the existence of this video. I was not present when the video was being created and I took immediate action upon discovery. We are taking internal measures to ensure that this type of conduct does not occur in the future.

First, I want to apologize to any and all persons who were offended by this video. I want to let all of you know that neither Sooper L**e, Inc. nor I will tolerate this kind of behavior, attitudes and opinions by any of our employees or management staff.

Second, Sooper L**e, Inc. takes this matter very seriously and we will continue to provide the highest level of service and car care for our customers, for which we are know throughout the Joliet and Will County area.
