Havoc Motorsport was established in 1974 by long time national winning race car driver and engineer Jody Lift. Since its beginnings as a race car prep shop in 1985, Havoc Motorsport has become full service prep shop and race team for cars such as Pro Formula Mazdas, Formula Mazdas, Formula Atlantics, World Challenge TC cars, Rally X cars, Porsche Caymans, Audi RS7 and R8 cars, GT-1 cars and sports racers.

Big congratulations to longtime Havoc customer Charles Meagher on his new Ligier JS F318!

Charles has been putting in the work and steadily progressing through the open-wheel ranks — starting in a Formula Mazda, moving into Pro Formula, and now making the jump to F3!

With Charles’ new car, that brings the Havoc stable to 8 Ligier F3s! We’re excited to see what’s next for Charles as he takes this next step in his racing career.

After the fire, Havoc Motorsport has been forced to regroup and reset — but we’re not slowing down.

Going from a roughly 4,000 sq. ft. shop to a two-car garage has definitely come with its challenges. But the crew is doing everything we can to keep moving forward, working through our customers’ cars, and get them back on track where they belong.

It’s not the space we’re used to, but the mission hasn’t changed.

Keep pushing. Keep building. Keep racing.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Havoc Motorsport through this transition. We appreciate it more than you know. We will be back in our main shop, it will just take time.

Took delivery of the first Ligier JSF326 in North America. Havoc ran Ligier’s Demo car earlier in the year at Road America. We already have two more on order to be delivered in January!

The door is finally open. 🏁

After seven long weeks of waiting, investigating, and navigating the insurance process, we finally have access to our shop. Now the real work begins…

Today we start the long process of cleaning up, assessing the damage, moving vehicles, and putting the pieces back together.

There is still a long road ahead, but seeing this door open this morning feels like a pretty big first step.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Havoc Motorsport and our family throughout this process. We couldn’t be more grateful.

Time to get to work!
