Understand what you get into by selecting a repair shop. It’s not easy especially when your insurance carrier suggests big chain shops. Your car is equal to your life. If it’s not repaired correctly, you are driving a ticking time bomb. All of those wonderful amenities like lane assist, forward collision warning, auto braking, auto high beams adaptive cruise control etc are highly sophisticated and engineered. You are driving a smart phone. Always ask questions to the repair facility. Interview them. Pick a place where you are not shrugged off for wondering the details. Your insurance is not always on your side. Loss mitigation is a numbers game. Be involved.

So close to being finished. This is the first time the cj7 restoration is rolling out of the shop on its own. Who better to take the Jeep on its maiden voyage other than the owner. It’s been a long process but the excitement to finally drive it makes it all worth it in the end. We have some very small things to finish up along with the graphics and she is ready to go home for good. I hope this made your day.

We are hiring!!! It’s been an ongoing occurrence, but we are looking for very specific people. There will be no more hiring out of necessity. We operate at standards that are higher than most. As the owner, I am driven to achieve a very specific goal in this industry. One that seems outlandish and crazy to some. I’ve learned a wealth of knowledge being in my field for the last 20 years. I want to share that with the right individuals. It’s not for the weak or timid. It’s not for the complacent. Drive, focus, passion, integrity, and the persistent will to learn and improve are some of the qualities you must have. I have a vision. It’s been quite the journey. I can not accomplish this without the right people. There is a very exciting future. Embrace change. Take chances. Come work with us.

Sondra Shaughnessy, Happy 7 year anniversary with C.P. Concepts!!! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication. It’s been pretty amazing to watch how far you have come. Started from absolutely zero experience to becoming one of the best painters around. Cheers to some more great memories. We are proud to be teaming up with Premier Auto Detailing LLC to offer our customers nothing but the best. With this pandemic going on safety is our concern. Every vehicle coming in for repairs receives a complete disinfection and cleaning. Twice. That’s right. We are taking all measures necessary. We are performing this before the repairs begin for our employees health and safety. And also when the repairs are complete for our customers health and safety. Mike Budzinski has done an incredible job so far and at the highest level of professionalism. Only the best for our staff and customers. Now keep in mind. You do not need to be getting repairs done to get this service. We spend a good amount of time in our vehicles, where unfortunately you might be susceptible to bacteria and viruses that are lingering on your cars interior. **COVID-19 UPDATE**

As being one of the essential businesses, C.P. Concepts WILL REMAIN OPEN, we are taking the proper precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
With this pandemic and the severeness of the virus, every vehicle will be thoroughly disinfected at time of drop off and pick up. Our main office doors will be closed to the public, but we will be open to APPOINTMENTS if needed (please call 815-582-3084 to schedule). We are taking the necessary precautions and steps to ensure that everyone's safety stays our main priority. We are continuously disinfecting the facility, and equipping our staff with proper attire to prevent the spread of any potential virus, and to maintain a safe workplace environment.
