We will be wrapping up early today to get firehouse and trucks sparkling clean for this Saturdays town hall meeting at 7pm. We invite the whole community to join us for productive discussions. Hope to see everyone Saturday.

To know my husband is to understand what true dedication looks like. He is someone who has never experienced a life without hard work—having built a business from the ground up through decades of long nights, missed weekends, and personal sacrifice.

That same level of commitment extends far beyond his business. Upon moving to Jetersville, he immersed himself in service with the Amelia Volunteer Fire Company 3 consistently pursuing training opportunities to better educate himself, support his team, and lead effectively as Chief. His dedication to both his firefighters and the community—especially the many children he has taken under his wing—speaks volumes about his character.

It should be understood that he does not shy away from difficult situations. He advocates fiercely for his family, whether by blood or by bond, as well as for his customers and his firefighters. If that level of conviction has been misinterpreted or has caused offense, it is simply a reflection of how seriously he takes his responsibilities and the people he stands behind.

Standing beside him is not only a privilege, but something I remain deeply proud of.
