It was unexpected as it was my mother’s car and she did not see the notifications for the impending date. We came in desperate for some help, completely thrown for a loop. Chito went above and beyond to make sure we got into a new car at a good price range, he was a great rep. Ive purchased 2 subarus from this dealer in the past and have always had a great experience with the team here. We love to hear it! “My beloved Crosstrek’s lease was up so we decided to see what was available for a new Subaru. We didn’t have an appointment and just walked in. The front desk was very attentive and told us the wait time would be 20 minutes. This gave us the time to browse the showroom and get an idea of was next. After 20 minutes we met Chito. We explained all the wants and needs to Chito and immediately began telling us our options. What I appreciated from him was the honesty and willingness to help. His patience is unbelievable because we test drove 3 cars and asked so many questions. He never made us feel pressured to decide on things and gave us time to make a final decision on our next car. The only downside is how long the process takes but happy we got it done. Will recommend this location to all my friends and family.
