Water will be off all day tomorrow due to a main water leak in the community.

Community Clean-up is happening soon!

A large dumpster will be places next to lot #41 starting March 24th and will be picked up by April 3rd.

DO NOT OVERFILL THE DUMPSTER! I can have it dumped as many times as needed.

NO TIRES, PAINT OR APPLIANCES CAN BE PUT INTO DUMPSTER!

This dumpster is open to the community residents to use during this time to get their yards, porches, decks, etc cleaned up and looking nice.

I finally have an expected date on when we are going to have to stop taking checks and money orders. Looks like December 1 is the roll out date for us. If you currently pay by money order or check, let’s get together and get you set up online so this will be as painless as possible when the time comes. There will also be an option to use a pay card to pay at Walmart. That does cost $4 I believe. We can do this. I know it’s not ideal and change isn’t fun but I can help anyone get through this and get set up.
