Customer reports massive coolant leak and engine overheating.
Technician performed a coolant pressure test and found a hole in the coolant overflow hose

Customer brought vehicle in with check engine light on with two codes on the engine for the two upstream o2 sensors

Technician used a thermostat to monitor the catalytic converters and found that the converters were excessively hot. Tech then let the exhaust cool and removed the cats to continue the inspection and found both cats were clogged.

Tech recommended and replaced the cats on bank 1 and 2

Customer reported multiple issues with their vehicle, including; coolant leaks, oil leaks & power steering issue.

Tech preformed coolant pressure test and found leaks coming from the thermostat, & oil cooler as well as upper, lower oil pan leaks & a cracked pcv hose found while inspecting the vehicle. The rack and pinion was tested for resistance and found to have been faulty and causing intermittent failure do to oil leaks on pigtail connector.

We recommend and replaced the electromechanical steering rack, the thermostat, engine oil cooler and pcv hose and got this customer back on the road.
