Summer time in Alabama is always a challenge. Please bare with us as we deal with the heat and enormous amount of work we are currently handling. We are working as fast as we can but some things just take time. We will also have to take time for a funeral this week for the loss of a very special person.

Been a busy busy day but got lots accomplished. Thank you everyone for all the positivity and encouragement.

Sadly. Try as I may I can’t please everyone. Today we had a customer with a 30+ year old Saturn that let a hack shade tree work on his brake system. They did not fix it properly and we were asked to fix someone else’s mess up. Unfortunately while it was in our shop for brake problems the worn out ignition switch locked up. The customer brought a buddy up there that was extremely rude and disrespectful to my staff and that will never be tolerated. As a small family owned and operated business we pride our selves on top shelf customer service. Unfortunately the disrespectful buddy got the customer fired and asked to carry his stuff elsewhere. My community knows our passion for excellence and customer appreciation. With that said they are attacking our reputation through a coordinated online smear tactic that is not working. I am about a week and a half out for mechanical work due to such a high flow of work in que for repair. We thank everyone for their patience.

Lots happening in our little world. We got the demo derby Saturday night , the Jasper tire super streets are running, the Jasper tire buzz car will be making an appearance, and a special surprise for powder puff.
Y’all come out to Sayre Speedway Saturday night and celebrate America turn the big 250. It’s gonna be an awesome party.
