Highly recommend Robert at J&S Auto Care Specialists, Inc.to anyone in need of an honest and dedicated mechanic work in the surrounding area!

We were traveling through from out of town when recognized a serious concern with the U joint of our 2016 Ram 2500, it needed a replacement before we could safely continue up north. We found ourselves in quite the dilemma after attempting to replace it in an O’rileys parking lot, and just did not having enough of a ball joint press to get it done. We found ourselves at the point of no return!

After being turned down by multiple shops to even look at the job, we were starting to loose hope. I called J&S and threw up a prayer, and was so relieved and grateful to be treated like an old friend when Robert picked up. He answered with willingness and openly excepted the challenge that most said was “hefty” and needed a to be scheduled a day out. Robert went out of his way to wait on us to arrive, and stayed after hours to help complete breaking the U joint loose, and replacing the old with the new so we could get back on the road. He was accommodating and laid back through the entire process.

Robert absolutely saved the day, and got us back on the road safely for our Labor Day trip within 30 minutes. Robert is a man of a dying breed, and truly cares about what he can offer the community with his trade experience. We couldn’t have paid him enough to commend his character! 🇺🇸 💪🏼

We are all moved out of our old shop! Unfortunately we will be closed for a few weeks until our new shop is completed. It is right next door to our old location. Cant wait until we can be open again so you can check out our new building and we can get back to what we do best, taking care of all of your automotive needs!

Progress is starting on our new shop!!! We will be moving out of our 4634 E. Case Dr. location by June 30th. We will be closed June 29th through July 6th for sure and hopefully not more than a week or two beyond that. Please call us if your vehicle needs service, we may still be able to get you in but will be operating at limited capacity until our building is completed. Our new location will be on the lot right next door at 4626 E. Case Drive!

In trying times we all need to work together to overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of our normal lives. We know people are out of work & stuck at home taking on lives daily struggles trying to work from home and take care of children, neighbors, family & friends all while still trying to have some normalcy in their lives.
