Wisconsin Race Cars is seeking a skilled and experienced Race Car Fabricator / TIG Welder to join our team.
What We Offer
● Competitive compensation up to $40/hour (based on experience and skill level)
● $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
● Monday–Friday schedule,
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
● No evening or weekends

Sign-On Bonus Terms
● $1,250 paid after 90 days of successful employment
● $1,250 paid after 180 days of successful employment
● Continued eligibility requires maintaining good standing, satisfactory attendance, and performance
Qualifications
● Experience in race car fabrication, including chassis, roll cages, suspension components, and custom parts preferred
● Strong TIG welding skills required
● Ability to work independently as well with others
● High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Training Opportunity
Candidates with strong TIG welding skills but limited race car fabrication experience may be considered for on-the-job training, depending on qualifications.
