PSA... know your golf cart and intake. "Small puddles" can cause ig problems. Luckily this was a quick fix and no internals were damaged but any motor and get catastrophic quickly.

Sometimes the best relationships in business have nothing to do with making a sale.

I recently reached out to a sales rep from a manufacturer whose products we don't currently carry. I was asking his opinion about a competing brand we were considering bringing into our dealership.

He could have criticized the competition, tried to sell me something else, or simply brushed off the conversation.

Instead, he was honest, respectful, and genuinely encouraging. He even told me he was cheering for me and loved seeing our success.

That meant more to me than he probably realizes.

We work in a competitive industry, but moments like this remind me that there's room for all of us to succeed, and supporting one another costs absolutely nothing.

A special shoutout to and for having people like this representing your organization. Good people are what make great companies, and this kind of character deserves recognition.

Character isn't measured by how someone treats you when there's a sale to be made. It's how they treat you when there's absolutely nothing in it for them.

Much respect and appreciation! 🤝

Tow cart still putting in daily work, here's a clip of me and the family giving her the first real test.

Truck needed a little R&R, worked hard moving over a 200 carts these past 2 weeks.

Redline Diesel Performance is going to get her back up to 100.
