"Frank" the van who belongs to a good client of ours got some attention. Came in with some misfires and a few other miscellaneous problems. We pulled the coils out to find a few burnt, and also found that there were 2 different sets of spark plugs in it. A new set of spark plugs and 8 new coil packs and it's running smooth again 👍

2018 Honda Pilot came in with a radiator fan operation issue. One of the fans was intermittently working, as well as staying on with the vehicle off, draining the battery. Narrowed it down to a failing relay.
