NEW BOOKING POLICY - Effective Today 9/8

To keep A Mardy's Touch_ running on time for everyone, I'm implementing my deposit + late fee policy going forward:

BOOKING: $50 non-refundable deposit required to hold your spot. It goes toward your total. No spot held without it.

PAYMENT: Balance due at completion, before I leave.
I accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, and card via Square.

LATE FEES: Invoices have 3 days to be paid. On Day 4, a $25 late fee is added, then $10 per week after. NO REBOOKS ALLOWED ‼️

CANCELS: 24+ hours to reschedule and keep your deposit. Less than 24 hours or no-show = deposit forfeited.

Why? Product, fuel, and time are booked just for you. When an invoice goes unpaid, I'm covering it out of pocket.

To my clients who always pay on time - thank you, you keep this small business alive. This keeps it fair for you too.
