We are looking for a skilled and dependable Automotive Mechanic to join our team!

Position: Full-Time Mechanic
Location: [JACKSONVILLE/ ALL JAKD UP MOTORSPORTS]
Pay: Competitive (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair cars, trucks, and SUVs

Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, etc.)

Troubleshoot engine, transmission, and electrical issues

Ensure quality work and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Prior mechanic/technician experience required

Own tools preferred (shop provides specialty equipment)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

1974 Bronco 351 cu. V8. James Duff Suspension. Front Disc Brake Conversion. Power Brake Conversion. I put this truck together 22 years ago. After all these years the only suspension repairs required were New shock bushings due to dry rot. Very impressive to say the least. The customer was experiencing some death wobble. After Balancing the tires, James Duff Adjustable Track Bar, steering shaft upgrade, and alignment the problem is solved. We decided to install the bushing style trac bar for driver comfort and glad we did. Heim joints are rigid and have the slightest play by design.
