Clean ’69 Camaro with a mystery big block Chevrolet came in for poor running and some oil leaks. This one was running pig rich, so we rebuilt the Holley 750HP carburetor and changed the power valve with a 4.5” to ensure proper fuel delivery. Also replaced the plugs, new valve cover gaskets and an oil change. From there, we dialed in the jetting and timing on our Dynojet 224XLC. Throttle response, power and fuel economy so much better now!!

This ‘64 Riviera hadn’t seen the road in a few years.
We first needed to get it back running again.
After a few failed mechanical fuel pumps the customer wanted an electric fuel pump so we cleaned the fuel tank, installed an electric fuel pump near the tank and replaced all of the hard lines, rubber hoses and fuel filter. We also upgraded the carburetor with a Edelbrock 600 CFM and replaced the plugs, oil, and filter.
After we got it running we found some coolant leaks so it got a new radiator,hoses and thermostat to make sure the engine stays at the right operating temperature.
Now it fires up easier, runs smoother, and is back to cruising like it should.

Another Silverado in for some preventative maintenance. This owner wanted to stay ahead of one of the most common failures we see on these trucks.
We went ahead and pulled the engine to inspect the oil pan of any debris and do a full engine reseal along with a DOD delete kit.

This is the importance of changing your oil sooner than the OEM recommended intervals and steeping up the film strength with a modified engine.
If you have a camshaft with a lot of overlap, increased valve spring pressures, running E85 or any boost you better step it up.

Unfortunately this customers recent purchase from a dealer destroyed a lifter and camshaft on a relatively low milage Hennessey 850hp package and sent metal all through the engine tearing up bearings and piston skirts.
The block was sent out for cleaning, .005 torque plate hone, decked and new cam bearings. Crank was micro polished and balanced for the new Wiseco pistons and Rods. Custom NK performance camshaft, Johnson link bar lifters, ARP head studs and CHE rocker trunion kit.
The heads were cleaned, surfaced and received a new valve spring kit and seals.

This customer's 2015 Silverado rolled into the shop with the all too common lifter failure, a classic issue with the DOD system. Instead of waiting for it to get worse, we went ahead and took care of it the right way with a full Texas Speed DOD delete kit.
When we do these we pull the engine out for a few reasons. We want to inspect the oil pan for any debris. With the age and mileage we want to completely reseal the engine and it just makes for a much cleaner repair.

If you’re hearing ticking, dealing with misfires, or noticing a drop in performance, your lifters could be on their way out. Get ahead of it and come in for a DOD delete kit.

2016 C7 Z06 8 speed automatic pre build dyno pull (5th gear).

With most performance parts installs or builds we do we offer a free before dyno pull to see if the vehicle is making the power it should, make sure there are no issues and to get a real apples to apples comparison on the same dyno after we are done.

BPI built 416 CID gen 5 LT for this 18 Silverado received all the goodies.
Callies CCW crank, Compstar rods, Wiseco pistons, Arp main and head studs, NK Performance custom grind Cam Motion cam, 3 bolt conversion, Katech oil pump, C7R timing chain. LT4 head gasket, Johnson short travel link bar lifters and reused the PRC aftermarket heads but with a fresh valve job and a new PAC spring kit.

2002 Trans Am CETA came in for a 4L60 to T56 swap, head/cam package, Fast 92, Motion Raceworks Throttle Body, engine reseal, full UMI front and rear suspension with Viking coil overs, Eaton Trutrac, 4.10 gears. Stock PCM tuned on our Dynojet 224XLC by Ajay with Anonymous_Calibrations
