🚨RECORD BREAKING MONTH ALERT 🚨

The TEAM put together an amazing 25 car weekend to set the RECORD for most units delivered in the month of May in our 30 year history! We were one of a few stores in our district to surpass our objective set by Toyota Motor Sales, and the only store in the district to outturn the region. 🤩 We also managed to deliver 90 used cars into the market while we only carried 75 in stock. That level of inventory turning is pinnacle in our industry. It’s worth mentioning that our TEAM set this record even when we were closed on Memorial Day so that our team could honor the holiday with the families!

Our rental car department, service department, and parts department all had a stellar May as well. With our hyper-focused attention to the “customer experience”, our store continues to grow in every aspect. This wouldn’t be possible without our loyal customers and exceptional TEAM members!

And like every month there is one person who finds themselves at the front of the pack on units delivered. Once again, Clint Patterson, has secured his spot as King of the Hill! Clint delivered 26 cars in the month of May, and for those of you have followed our journey know that this means on average, he sold more than 1 car every day he came to work. He managed to deliver 4 units in one day last month, a feat that is rarely obtained at a single point store in a market of our size. It’s safe to say that Clint is the “Real Deal”, and we are blessed to have him in our outfit. Clint wasn’t the only one with a great month as we had half of our team members deliver 18+ units last month. Facebook family, please show some love to Clint and the whole team for a stellar month!

We’d like to take a moment to reflect on what was a spectacular April for the TEAM at Robinson Toyota. Our Service department rocked hard all April long which generated a 3% increase in customer pay repair orders from April of last year. Our Service Manager, Courtney Hughes, has things dialed in perfectly, and we are ready to continue to provide West Tennessee with the best service experience in the area. Our parts department followed trend with the service department and put together a stellar month, thanks to the leadership of Stephen Gibson.

The sales department was two new cars away from selling a record number of new cars for the month of April in our store’s 30-year history, and we finished the month with the 4th best April by volume. We saw a huge boom in the used car market in the month of February which caused used car shopper counts to be a lower than usual for the month of March and April. But May is off to a rocking start for us in the used car sector.

This might be the closest race we have ever had at our store for Sales Professional of the Month, but Clint Patterson sealed the deal. Clint delivered 22 cars which means he basically sold a car every day he showed up to work. That is the gold standard in our industry. While this may sound easy, that is far from the truth. It takes serious hard work, luck, and a great personality to achieve this level of salesmanship. Since Clint joined the team, he has been a regular on the leader board. Typically, we use this platform to celebrate the wins for our team, but today we must use it to acknowledge a great loss. Tim Warren fought a courageous battle with cancer for roughly 2.5 years, and yesterday we laid him to rest. Prior to joining the Robinson Toyota team, Tim served in the National Guard. Tim has been a part of the Robinson Toyota family for 20 years. He joined our operation as a l**e tech and was later promoted to Master Technician. Over the years, he has helped thousands of our customers with their vehicle needs. He was not only loyal to our customers, but he was loyal to our business.

When Tim wasn’t fixing cars, he loved to play golf, go fishing, and do anything and everything with his family. You see Tim was one of the good guys who always put the needs of his family and friends before his own. Even with his cancer diagnosis and his body later taking a toll from it, he continued to come to work up until about 3 weeks ago when his body would no longer allow him. He never complained. He always showed up. He was the true definition of a Warrior.

All of us at the dealership feel this tremendous loss. We miss him so much already. He is survived by his wife Kristen, his son Nolan, and his daughter Jaylyn. Please keep his work family and his home family in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate this significant loss.

The month of March was a good one to the TEAM at Robinson Toyota. We were successful at exceeding our new car objective from Toyota while maintaining a strong number of used cars delivered to our customers. Service and parts both saw an uptick in sales as people are starting to travel more with the spring weather upon us. Many spring breakers who took to the roads to travel to their destinations took advantage of our rental car department. Our rental car utilization was optimal for this time of year. Thank you to our many customers who chose to service with us, buy a new or used car from us, or took one of our rental cars on your road trip. Without our loyal customer base, none of these things are possible.

And like every month, there is one person who earns the title of Sales Professional of the month. Please help us congratulate Jeff Patrick for delivering 20 units in the month of March which was enough to secure his top spot on the leaderboard. This is Jeff’s second time to win this title so far in 2026, and if you are a betting person, putting your money on him to win again is a sure bet. We are blessed to have Jeff on what is an already talented team to help us be the best Toyota dealership in the West Tennessee market. Congratulations to Jeff and the entire TEAM on a stellar March!

We had another awesome evening at Joseph’s house celebrating the TEAM! We enjoyed a 22 pound prime rib, a bacon wrapped beef tenderloin, and a baked potato and salad bar. After we finished eating, we shot some hoops on the basketball court. It was a great evening of laughter, camaraderie and team building. It’s nights like these that we will always remember and cherish. Thank you to the Robinson Toyota TEAM for focusing on the customer experience! That’s what we do best!

!!!RECORD BREAKING MONTH ALERT!!!

The Robinson Toyota TEAM is truly RESILIENT! After mother nature wreaked havoc on West Tennessee in January, our team bounced back to put together the all-time best February in our 30-year history by delivering 157 units! This is a huge accomplishment for our TEAM, and we are thankful to our loyal customer base for allowing us to earn your business. We delivered enough new units to exceed our objective from Toyota Motor Sales, and we blew out our previous record for most used units delivered in a February by 16 units as we finished with a whopping 95 used delivered in the month. Additionally, fixed operations experienced one of our busiest February’s as people were getting back on the roads post ice storm. Huge CONGRATULATIONS to the entire Robinson Toyota TEAM!

Sales Consultant of the month was a tight race that came down to the final day of the month. Please help us congratulate Jeff Patrick for assisting 26 customers in finding the perfect vehicle for them; and in doing so, he earned Sales Consultant of February! Those that have followed our journey know that this isn’t Jeff's first time to pop confetti. He’s one of the best to do it in all West Tennessee and is in the hunt for this title every month. After winning Sales Professional of the year in 2025, this is his first time to pop confetti in 2026.
