V&W Details, Supplies, & Distributors LLC in Jackson, TN is looking for one freelancer subcontractor position to join our 10 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Permanent Detailer
Floater
Responsibilities

Complete paid hands on training
Basic Wash and Wax Interior and Exterior bas on client's expectations
Some experience preferred
The more ability you show the more money your make
Able to perform detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors, shampooing the vehicles below.
Sedans
SUVs
Trucks
Vans
Boats
Tractor Trailer Units (18-Wheeler)
Must able to work a flexible schedule made out to every employee weekly.
Qualifications

Ability to move in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to new and innovative procedures
Able to drive a vehicle according to law expectations
Must have a valid driver's license
Able to comply with all working policy measurements
Work minimum of 1 Saturday every month (REQUIRED)
Used to working outside in different climates.

Salary Commission Base per Vehicle

$250.00 - $600.00 not limited to
(Averages 35 hours a week - 40 hours a week)

Your ability proves your pay.

Range from 15 hours a week to 40 hours per week max
(Owners discretion)

Salary pay based on per car
Shift are Monday - Saturday
Sundays are mandated by owner only when clients expectations are not met.
Sunday Shifts do not happen very much and they are not scheduled.
