The E-Commerce Marketplace Account Manager effectively runs and manages all marketplace activities. The person best suited for this position would have experience using Amazon Seller Central, Wal-Mart Seller Center, and eBay seller Hub. The E-Commerce Marketplace Account Manager would be responsible for inventory, sales, customer service, pricing, and all other facets of the marketplace business to grow and expand the company’s online presence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and implement analytics driven performance metrics
- Create and implement organic & paid marketing strategies
- Grow product catalog
- Implement brand strategy on Amazon, Wal-Mart, & e-Bay
- Track and increase profit margin across marketplace channels
- Identify new Vendors & Opportunities
- Effectively strategize with E-Commerce Director & General Manager
- Achieve sales targets & growth
- Manage / Designate customer service inquiries
- Maintain marketplace account health
- Forecast order volume and sales projections
- Qualifications and Education
Requirements
- 2+ years of E-Commerce experience
- 2+ years of Amazon/Wal-Mart/e-Bay Marketplace experience
- 2+ years of Sales experience
- Associates Degree or higher preferred
