The Customer Service Representative assists customers by phone, email, & live chat (business to consumer) to provide product and service information and resolve product and service problems. This position may include, but is not limited to customer service, sales, technical questions, returns processing, and fulfillment as needed. This position reports directly to the customer service manager and works within a team of 3-5 employees.

Responsibilities
- Answer phones, reply to emails, assist via live chat to help customers with their specific needs.
- Manage customer orders with accurate information.
- Manage return/order error spreadsheets.
- Handle escalated customer issues including investigating, resolving and follow up.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks related to company projects
- Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills
- Customer Service /Retail experience with phone interaction (Call volume can be 20-40 calls daily)
- Ability to be a team player and/or work independently
- Basic math skills
- Understanding of automotive/trailer parts is helpful but not required
- Knowledge of Third-Party online marketplace function (Amazon, Ebay, Wal-Mart)
- Social Media (use and engage)
Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Basic computer skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Entry Level Customer Service/Sales Experience

The Customer Support Specialist performs a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the company, assisting with clerical and administrative processes. Examples include organization, data entry, reporting, & reconciliation. The Administrative Support position wears many hats and serves as a resource to clients, vendors, and employees.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

The first point of contact for incoming calls and physical guests in the building. Route calls to appropriate personnel or provide positive customer service.

Enter customer orders, prepare shipping department, organize outbound freight.

Provide administrative support to Managerial & Sales staff.

Order and track office supplies as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

The E-Commerce Marketplace Account Manager effectively runs and manages all marketplace activities. The person best suited for this position would have experience using Amazon Seller Central, Wal-Mart Seller Center, and eBay seller Hub. The E-Commerce Marketplace Account Manager would be responsible for inventory, sales, customer service, pricing, and all other facets of the marketplace business to grow and expand the company’s online presence.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Create and implement analytics driven performance metrics
