Ive been thinking about this post sense Monday.....so here goes....

I want to let all of you know yesterday was my last day on the Sales Floor at Mark Porter Auto in Jackson. I have been offered a Job as a Business Manager and start training Tuesday.

To say my feelings are all over the place is an understatement. The good news is I do not have to leave the company I work for and will still be able to take care of you all but just in a different role.

I will be starting my journey at Mark Porter GM in Pomeroy in September and I am very excited!

To all of my customers over the years, thank you so much! I also want to thank Mark Porter Auto for taking a chance on my five years ago, that opprotunity literally changed my life, and for that I am so very greatful!

Ill still see you all around, and my phone still works. If you need me Im still here to help take care of you! Its not a good bye, its a see you later!

I know Im not as active on here as I should be and for that I appologize and I will do better....

But with that said...

I want to come here and thank EVERYONE for your continued support and business. I was able to earn Salesman of the month for July at Mark Porter Automall in Jackson. That is something I cannot do alone. It takes many peices all coming together to accomplish this.

I could not have done it without the support of you! The repeat customers! The folks who refer customers to me! The people from my local comminity that reach out to do business with me. The people of our area who dont know me from Adam but choose Mark Porter. All of you, thank you so much!

I also want to thank my Wife and Kids for putting up with me being a not so pleasnt guy at times or just not here at all this month...I couldnt do this without your support.

One of my favorite Family traditions! Driving in the Indendence day parade as a Family!

I want to take a moment and thank all of you who went out and supported your local events over the weekend. Small town America is a part of the reason we are such a great Nation!

I want to wish you all a SAFE and happy Independence day weekend! Please take the time to reflect on what this weekend means and the significance of it all. Explain it to the kids what the fireworks symbolize and why this is such a big deal....AND....if you dont already, go out of your way to thank a Veteran! Our freedom and independence was not free.

Also,

I love seeing all of my customers along the parade route! You all are so VERY MUCH appreciated! Please continue to let pepole know where that car came from and who to ask for!
