A lot of people ask, “How often should I really be getting my car checked?”

🚙 Simple Rule of Thumb

If you want an easy way to remember it:

Oil → often
Tires → rotate often
Brakes → inspect often
Filters → yearly-ish
Alignment → at least yearly
Big services → every 30k–100k miles

🚨 Don’t wait for mileage if you notice:

Pulling left or right
Uneven tire wear
Steering wheel off center
Vibrations or shaking
Noises when driving or braking

🧳🚗 Road trip coming up? Let’s make sure your vehicle is ready to go!

Before you hit the road, here are a few things you should have checked:

✔️ Alignment – Prevent uneven tire wear and keep your drive smooth
✔️ Tires – Check tread depth & air pressure
✔️ Brakes – Make sure everything is stopping safely
✔️ Fluids – Oil, coolant, brake fluid & more
✔️ A/C System – Because no one wants to road trip without it 😅
✔️ Suspension – For a comfortable, controlled ride

If you have been having trouble reaching us this might be why! You can try texting or calling our cell phone too (507-841-0375) or message us on facebook. The cell phone is the fastest way to get ahold of us other than our landline.

🚨 Call Issue Update & Action Needed 🚨

We are currently aware of an issue affecting some incoming calls between certain carriers and number prefixes.

At this time, the issue appears to be originating from the caller’s carrier (the person placing the call), not the receiving landline. For example, calls from cell numbers such as 841, 840, 360, 822, or 329 to landline numbers like 847, 849, or 662 may be impacted.

👉 What you can do:
If you (or someone trying to reach you) are using Verizon, please take the following steps:

• Dial 611 from your Verizon phone to reach customer service
• When you reach a representative (Tier 1), request to be transferred to Tier 2 support
• Ask them to create an NRB (Network Repair Bureau) ticket for a network issue

⚠️ You may need to be firm in requesting escalation.

📋 Be prepared to provide:
• Calling number
• Number you were trying to reach
• Date and exact time of the call (down to the minute)
• Description of the issue experienced
• Any feedback from the person you were trying to reach (what they heard or experienced)

⏱️ Please note: Reporting this issue can take time — anywhere from 35 minutes up to 2.5 hours based on recent experiences.

The more reports that are submitted, the faster carriers can identify and resolve the issue. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work toward a resolution!
