It isn’t the best looking repair in the world, but for a very low budget repair it turned out pretty good. Door opens and close perfectly with no wind noise. They just wanted it functional to use as a backup vehicle. Thanks Bradley Petersen for the assistance along the way.

With all the crazy going on in the world, and being extremely busy moving to a new/old home lol, the shop has been at an idle. Finally getting back around to getting things done and boy did I have a treat waiting. This Ford 4.0 SOHC engine has truly been a pain. This is the first engine I have had that had no timing marks or key ways / dowels. I hope none of you that own one of these ever gets the opportunity to tackle one of these interference engines with multiple timing chain failures. The engine must be removed to service the rear timing chain properly. Just a few pics of it going back together. Thanks everyone and stay SAFE!!

Ok y’all see the toilet paper flying of the shelf’s because of this virus. So you should get ahead of the next emergency. Many of your automotive tires are made in Asia. Also most a automotive manufacturers have parts of there vehicles made overseas. So run on out to Bub and Pops and get you a few spare sets of tires and get those older cars fixed before the entire country stops rolling
